About Help AI My Business

Business operations and AI, built for businesses that don't have an IT department.

We work with businesses that are too small for the big consulting firms. Too busy to DIY it. Based in Silicon Valley. Work with us anywhere.

Why Help AI My Business

Most AI advice isn't written for you.

It's written for companies with a hundred employees and a budget line for "digital transformation." A dentist, a solo attorney, or a family-run restaurant doesn't need a platform: they need their phones answered, their calendars full, and their reviews handled. That's the gap Help AI My Business fills, across medicine, law, accounting, local services, and hospitality — good people, buried in admin work a well-set-up system could handle instead.

How we're different

No platform to learn. No contract to get stuck in.

We don't sell software licenses. We build inside the tools you already use, recommending new ones only when the math clearly supports it, and every engagement starts with a real audit of your operations, not a sales pitch, so you get a plan with numbers attached to it instead of a vague promise about efficiency.

What we don't do

Sell software licenses or lock you into a platform

Recommend a tool before auditing how you actually work

Push automation just because it's possible

Lock you into long contracts

Promise "AI transformation" — just fixes that pay for themselves

What we do

Start every engagement with a real audit, not a sales pitch

Work inside the tools you already use, when possible

Recommend new tools only when the math clearly supports it

Attach a number to every recommendation before you commit

Offer ongoing support and optimization once you're live

The person behind Help AI My Business

BA in Business Administration. Nearly 30 years in Software Operations at Apple.

David spent nearly 30 years in Software Operations at Apple, the last 15 of those running data and evaluation operations for Siri and Apple Intelligence — the annotation programs, quality systems, and vendor networks that determine whether an AI product actually works before it ships. Earlier in his career, localization was where he started: he worked on shipping the French version of System 7, and helped localize the original iMac, iPod, iPhone and Siri for international markets.

That work lived in the gap between complex technology and the day-to-day processes that keep a large company moving. Small businesses have the same gap — they just have fewer people to close it. David started Help AI My Business to bring that operations discipline to small practices and local businesses that don't have a hundred-person team behind them.

Brings operations discipline to small practices and local businesses
Finds where a process breaks and fixes it with the right amount of technology, not the most
Makes sure it still holds up a year later, after the new-tool excitement wears off
Our approach

Every recommendation runs through the same four questions.

1

What's the friction?

What is actually breaking or costing money right now, in specific terms, not general ones.

2

What's the fix?

The specific tool, workflow, or web change that solves it, matched to how your business actually runs.

3

What's it worth?

A direct line to time saved, cost reduced, revenue gained, or risk taken off the table.

4

How does it get done?

A concrete rollout your team can run, with clear steps and no guesswork left behind.

We're not here to sell you AI. We're here to fix what's actually slowing your business down, and AI is just one of the tools we use to do it.
