Privacy

How this site handles your information.

Effective October 3, 2026.

Plain language, not legal boilerplate. If anything here is unclear, email david@helpaimybusiness.com and ask directly.

What this site collects

The contact form on this site collects your work email address, what's slowing your business down, the software you currently use, an optional note on how you found us, and any other optional details you add, and delivers it via Formspree so it can be answered directly. Booking a free discovery call happens on Google Calendar's own booking page, not on this site, so no scheduling details are collected or stored here. Messages sent to the on-site AI chat assistant are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response, and the conversation is saved in your own browser's local storage so it's still there if you reload the page — it isn't stored on any server operated by this site.

This site uses Umami Cloud, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count page views and clicks on our booking link, phone number, email address, and contact form, so we can see which pages lead to inquiries. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across other sites, and it only counts visits to the live site. No advertising trackers are used. Like any website, the hosting provider, Umami, and the Google Fonts service this site loads see standard request data such as IP addresses, and the chat assistant's server-side function briefly uses your IP address for rate-limiting before discarding it.

How it's used

Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a call if you'd like one, and follow up afterward. It isn't sold, rented, or shared with anyone beyond the service providers already named here (Formspree for form delivery, Google Calendar for scheduling, Anthropic for the chat assistant, and Netlify for hosting), each bound by their own privacy terms.

How long it's kept

Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on the conversation, not indefinitely.
