What we do

Grow Revenue. Cut Costs. Through Smart AI.

Each service is designed to increase revenue or cut operational costs—often both. Every engagement starts with a clear ROI model so you know exactly what's worth doing first.

How it works

The compound effect of smarter operations

For tradespeople and solopreneurs, automation means answering the phone and booking appointments while you're busy working—capturing business you'd otherwise lose. For established practices, it frees your staff from repetitive calls and questions so they can do higher-value work. Within 6 months, revenue gains kick in as websites convert better, reminders prevent no-shows, and growth automation brings customers back. The combined effect: sustainable growth without the overhead.

Pricing

No two businesses need the same fix. You only pay for what you need.

Most consultants push the same five-figure package whether you need it or not. We don't work that way. Forcing every client into the same contract is lazy, and it leaves small businesses paying for tools they'll never touch.

Targeted fixes

Already run a tight ship? Sometimes it's one broken link: wiring up automated booking, or turning a menu or service page into something Google, ChatGPT, and Claude can actually read and recommend.

Built right from day one

Launching something new, we help you start with the right intake tools, scheduling, and search foundations in place, before workarounds turn into bad habits.

Full pipeline overhauls

Buried in phone tag, missed leads, and a backlog of unanswered reviews? We build end-to-end intake and reputation systems that run without pulling anyone off the floor.

The audit protects you from overspending

We don't guess, and we don't pitch a solution before we understand your business. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. If it makes sense to keep going, an operational audit maps your digital presence, your intake flow, and where you're actually losing hours to manual work.

The audit's job is to right-size what we build. If all you need is a booking automation or an AI-readable menu, that's all we propose. If your setup needs a larger, multi-system rebuild, we lay out the exact deliverables and a fixed price before any work starts, and if you move forward, the full cost of the audit is credited toward it, so you're never paying twice to get going.

You see the scope, the timeline, and what it's worth before you spend a dollar.

Support that doesn't disappear after launch

Building the system is half the job. Software updates, APIs change, and AI prompts drift over time. We don't hand you the keys and walk away — ongoing support is available to handle updates, tune prompts, and keep everything running while you focus on customers. Plans start at $200 a month; see what's included.

Questions we hear

Answers to what you're probably wondering.

Can you work with my existing tools?

Yes. We build inside whatever you're already using—QuickBooks, your practice management software, your scheduling tool, your CRM. Switching tools is expensive and disruptive. We only recommend replacing something when the numbers clearly support it.

How much does this cost?

Starting prices are published on our pricing page, but no two businesses need the same fix, so the final price is set after the audit. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute discovery call, followed by a paid audit that right-sizes the work: from $1,000 for a full operational audit, or from $400 if you only need your website reviewed (sites up to about 20 pages). If you move forward, the full cost of the audit is credited toward implementation, and you get a fixed price before any work starts. If the numbers don't work out after the audit, you walk away and keep the findings.

What's the first step?

An operational audit. We walk through your actual workflow, identify where time and money are getting lost, and show you the ROI for fixing each one. Then you decide what's worth doing first.

How long until we see results?

The aim is measurable change within the first month or two: fewer missed calls, fewer no-shows, faster review responses. The real payoff should compound over the following months as workflows get tighter and customers come back more.

Do you offer support after setup?

Yes. We set everything up so your team can run it independently. If you'd like ongoing support, the optional monthly plan starts at $200 a month, month-to-month with no contract. It covers keeping everything running, updating it as the tools behind it change, up to 4 hours a month of small changes to what we've already built, and a monthly check-in. Anything beyond that starts with a conversation and a fixed price before any work begins, so there are no surprise invoices.
